MR. D. A. AZMI- M.Sc. (Mathematics) – CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR
A Telecom Engineer with more than 35 years of experience. Having graduated in M.Sc. (Mathematics) from Gorakhpur University in the year 1974, after comprehensive training of Telecommunications Engineering for a year, Mr. Daiyan Azmi got selected in Department of Telecommunications and joined as a Junior Telecom Officer in Bombay telephones (now MTNL). After 16 years of gaining in-depth knowledge in External Plant Construction and Maintenance, he left his job to concentrate exclusively on Leo Duct, and has, since then, taken his company to great heights.

MR. S.M. NOAMAN - B.E. (Civil) – JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR
A Civil Engineer with more than 22 years of experience. After his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Aligarh University, Mr. Noaman completed his B.E. (Civil) from Bangalore University. He has successfully executed major orders of MTNL, DOT, BSNL, Tata Teleservices Ltd. and Reliance Infocom.

MR. S.M. EHSAN - B.E. (Mechanical) – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (PROJECTS)
A Mechanical Engineer with more than 25 years of experience. Armed with a degree from Aligarh University in 1984, Mr. Ehsan gained substantial experience in the Valves Production Industry. He is fully associated with the group company HI-TECH VALVES PVT. LTD. and has also handled various projects with M/S Tata Teleservices Ltd. - New Delhi, Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd. – Noida and Greater Noida, and Indraprashta Gas Ltd.

Mr. Rajesh Tiwari – CHAIRMAN
Rajesh Tiwari has an undergraduate degree in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata and an MBA from University of Hull, England. He has experience of more than 25 years across various industries. Rajesh recently floated Tikona Digital Networks as Co-founder, in partnership with Goldman Sachs, Oak Investment Partners and Indivison. Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) is engaged in building the next generation wireless broadband services. As founder, Rajesh has scaled up the company’s operations across the country and has built a committed sales and service network.

Before TDN, Rajesh was at Reliance-Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group as Group Director where he made significant contributions to the company’s Telecom Tower and Optical Fiber infrastructure development. Furthermore, he was Group President of Reliance Industries, having responsibility of Business Development and Corporate Affairs.

Rajesh had started his career at Hindustan Lever Limited in various capacities. He went on to become a part of the elite Government service for 14 years where he was part of the founding team of MTNL, and Government owned Telco, and served in various capacities. He has also worked as Private Secretary to Minister of Information and Broadcasting. Rajesh has been an Executive Director of Bharat Aluminum where he enabled Bharat Aluminum to get privatised. He has also served as Executive Vice President of Afro-Asian Satellite Communications.
