The parent company of Leo Duct Group, called Leo Duct Contractors Pvt. Ltd., was founded in 1988 by Mr.D. A. Azmi & Mr.S.M.Noaman, accomplished personalities with vision and aspirations to bring about enrichment to the construction and infrastructure services arena.

After successful execution of various projects of Government & Public Sector organisations and in order to cater to the advent of Private Sector, Leo Duct Engineers & Consultants, a partnership firm, was founded in 2000. In a short span of 3 years, the same was converted into a closely held Public Limited Company. Continuing its success within the first five years of its operation, Leo Duct Engineers & Consultants Ltd. had reached a towering turnover and made its presence felt in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi & NCR, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and Bihar. No mean feat then to have reached sales levels amounting to Rs. 652.53 million in FY 2009-2010 and a CAGR of 41.32%.

Our strong order book holds soaring orders worth Rs. 1,844.26 million and the company expects to touch an annual turnover of around Rs. 2500 million over the next 24 months. An average sales growth of around 30% is expected in the forthcoming seven years.

With an impressive workforce of 150+ technically qualified personnel and a 2000+ labour force, we are a preferred vendor with most of our clients, and share an excellent reputation of completing work on time and in line with client expectations.
